Shipping by Israeli Post registered mail service is FREE!
All other shipping methods (EMS, Eco, FEDEX, UPS etc.) are calculated on the Shopping Cart page.
We utilize Israel Postal Service for most deliveries, and will on occasion utilize FedEx or UPS depending on the circumstances.
Where am I able to ship my order to?
We ship to all destinations. Please note that in any case customs duties, tariffs and taxes are not included in the shipping rate or item value. Therefore, international buyers may be subject to local taxes like VAT and to import duties as determined by their local government and we are not responsible in any way for these additional charges.
In case the package is detained in the custom house, the responsibility for the delay in the delivery does not lie on “Mecori” or the shipping company.
In any case it is the buyer’s responsibility to verify the local and import tax that may apply to their order if any.
Taxes and Duties
All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges and fees are the responsibility of the customer (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery). Your package is shipped “duties and taxes unpaid”, and we do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be.
Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package(s). Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package(s), and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery.
How can I track my order?
After shipment, a tracking number will be e-mailed to you. If an order takes an unreasonable amount of time in arriving, please send us an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org
How long does it take to ship the order?
Although every effort is made to process and ship your order within 7 business days, shipping time is dependent on stock availability.
Some items even takes longer to prepare and if it happens we’ll notify you. If an out-of-stock or back-order situation arises, we advise the customer as soon as possible and refund the transaction.
The shipping time varies depending on the shipping method chosen. The shipping method available depends on the products purchased, availability of the products at the respective warehouses and shipping destination.
Attention to our Russian Federation clients! Unfortunately, we can not commit to delivery times, it depends only on Russian Post service.

Return must be made within 15 days from the date it delivered.
General for all products
1.Customer is responsible for return shipping cost. All returns must be sent back to our address in the return confirmation email with prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will be refused or disregarded.
2. Returned items must be in their original packaging, in unworn condition. Incomplete returns may be refused or disregarded.
3. Mecori.com is not responsible for items lost during return shipping. Item must be returned to the address stated on your RMA approval form.
4. Mecori.com reserves the right to change our return policies and/or reject any exchange requests for any reason without prior notice. Should there be any dispute, Mecori.com’s decision will be final.
The following items are non-refundable:
- Returns received after 45 days of the delivery date
- Returns received in damaged or worn condition
- Final Sale items
- Intimates (including the following: bras, leggings, tights, socks and accessories)
- Free gifts
